Transparent passage
Glass bridges turn movement through the house into a sequence of changing views.
Completed Residence · Coastal
A coastal residence where bridges, water and transparent edges transform circulation into an architectural experience.

Living between water, garden and horizon
The residence is composed as a series of crisp white volumes connected by transparent circulation. A glass bridge marks the arrival and reveals the layered relationship between the entry, the lower courtyard and the water below.
Large sliding glass walls dissolve the boundaries of the principal rooms. The living spaces open toward planted terraces and the pool, while deep frames, dark accents and warm wood surfaces give definition to the otherwise light architectural composition.
Glass bridges turn movement through the house into a sequence of changing views.
Blue-tiled pools and channels extend through the courtyards and animate the lower level.
Broad operable walls connect interior rooms with terraces, garden and the coastal atmosphere.
