Rebuilding as an opportunity for renewal

The house is composed as a series of precise horizontal frames stepping down toward the garden and pool. Deep terraces extend the main rooms outdoors while sheltering the levels below.

A quieter street elevation protects privacy; toward the rear, the architecture becomes increasingly open. Roof terraces, planted outdoor rooms and integrated solar panels make the upper surfaces part of the life and environmental performance of the house.
