Pacific Palisades · Under Construction
1422 Lachman Lane
A low, horizontal residence organized around transparent living spaces, sheltered courtyards and water as an architectural threshold.
Water, light and continuity
The entrance is defined by a luminous water wall held within a deep architectural frame. Concrete, glass and dark metal create a restrained composition animated by reflection and movement.
Beyond the threshold, living, dining and sleeping spaces open toward a continuous courtyard. Broad roof planes and full-height glazing dissolve the boundary between interior rooms and exterior space.
1422 Lachman Lane
A single continuous plane of life—rooms, courtyard, water and light held together by precise horizontal architecture.
