An early built work

Completed in 2005, this two-unit condominium project marks the first time Shahram Shokoufandeh brought the roles of architect, builder and developer together. The homes present related forms to the street, with distinct entries set within planting.

The surviving photographs capture the building as it stood at completion: its street façade, illuminated arched glazing, and a sheltered garden path. They offer a concise record of the project’s original character.
