A large residence organized around broad glass openings, terraces and a pool court. These photographs document the architecture as construction progresses.

Architecture in progress

On a site of approximately 29,000 square feet, the roughly 14,000-square-foot residence connects its interior rooms to long terraces and outdoor living. The projecting volume, deep openings and continuous glazing shape the experience from the street to the pool court.

Shahram Shokoufandeh is the architect and contractor. Ghazal Shokoufandeh designed the interiors. The images below are construction photographs; additional completed views will be added as the project advances.
